Comments From a Few Of Ken's Satisfied Clients:
“You treated us like a million dollar deal, and I know how little
you made on this sale. You walked us though a very complicated
transaction. If appreciation is worth anything you have my heartfelt
thanks…..” Phyllis M. Hansen
“I had my house and acreage advertised for two years with little
activity. I contacted Ken Wick and within 2 months my property had
closed. He was a great help with all of the legal and technical
matters and assisted in a timely manner, all the while keeping me
informed of the progress. “ David E. Pender
“Ken Wick has advised me on several commercial and residential real
estate transactions. The combination of his extensive local
knowledge and contacts and his ability to create innovative
financing options, insure that his clients get the best service, the
best prices and superior execution. I would highly recommend him to
anyone wishing to deal in real estate in northeast Oregon.” Alton
Irby
“Our Thanks to Ken Wick for his knowledge and professionalism in the
sale of our property. Ken kept us informed throughout the entire
transaction. Because of his attention to detail and client care we
will be contacting him again for additional home and property
purchases.” Terry & Patti Burns
Not being from Eastern, OR your initial market and geographical
orientation to the city was extremely useful. We immediately quit
feeling lost. The speed with which you made things happen was
impressive and made it all seem so easy and direct. We are so
grateful to have had the extra care, attention, humor and expertise
you’ve offered all the way through. You are the best! Thank you.
Christa & Erik Lind
